A designer in Dubai left client work, committed to one model, and turned consistent Framer template launches into $32,908 across 2025 despite a $49 month.
Ramish spent his early career doing client design work from Dubai: chasing meetings, handling endless revisions, and losing income every time he wanted a day off. Wanting an asset that earned without trading hours, he started building and selling Framer website templates, an approach that needed his design skills but no custom code. He began with about 97 followers and no real audience to launch into.
The first full year was anything but smooth. His own monthly breakdown for 2025 shows the volatility most template sellers leave out of their highlight posts: $470 in January, sliding to just $49 in May, his worst month. Rather than return to client work, he doubled down on three habits he could control: releasing templates on a consistent monthly cadence, posting daily on X about his process and real numbers, and teaching through YouTube videos, newsletter articles, and a course made with Framer.
The compounding showed up in the second half of the year. August jumped to roughly $1,800, September passed $3,000, and December closed at $5,958 in template sales. Across the whole of 2025 he reported $14,443.80 from template sales and $18,464.23 from partner commissions, for a combined $32,908.03. The commission half is worth noting: a meaningful share of his income came from referrals and the Framer partnership, not template sales alone.
What stands out is how ordinary the inputs were. No paid ads, no viral moment, and no large following at the start. The transparency itself became a marketing channel: by sharing low months as openly as high ones, he built the trust that turned audience into buyers. Into 2026 he is aiming for twelve template launches, tighter systems, and more teaching, and his early 2026 X posts show months still landing in the $8k range.
We are summarising Ramish's own published numbers here. Because the figures are self-reported in his newsletter and on X rather than independently verified, treat them as honest founder accounting rather than audited revenue.
Consistency beats intensity: monthly template launches plus daily posting did more than any single big push.
Share the bad months too. Posting a $49 month alongside the wins built the trust that converted followers into customers.
Diversify income inside one model. Roughly half of Ramish's first-year earnings came from partner commissions, not template sales.
You can start with almost no audience. He began with 97 followers and grew the audience and the revenue together.
Teaching is marketing. YouTube, a newsletter, and a Framer course built credibility that fed back into sales.
