After acquiring the app, I focused on: 1. Improving the user experience 2. Better customer support 3. SEO optimization in the Shopify App Store 4. Listening to customer feedback
Within a year of ownership, I grew the app to $3,500 MRR. The key was treating it like a real business - not just a side project.
