Superpath started as a free Slack community. I didn't have a business model - I just wanted to create a space where content marketers could talk shop and help each other.
Here's something wild: my $500K business costs about $500/month to run. I use no-code tools for everything - the website, job board, course platform. No developers, no expensive infrastructure.
People join Superpath to meet other people, not to consume content. That insight changed how I approached the business. The community IS the product.
I monetized through job board listings, sponsored content, courses, and premium community tiers. Each revenue stream is modest, but together they add up.
